For the second time, the international exhibition MAFEX – Maghreb Food Exhibition provided experts in food industry with a communication platform from November 7 to 9, 2013 in Casablanca. The exhibition organisers IEC Maroc and IFWexpo Heidelberg GmbH welcomed twice as many exhibitors compared to the first event in 2012. 105 companies from 19 countries – including the Official National Pavilions of Germany, China and Turkey – presented their food products, machines and components for processing, cooling systems, ingredients and additives as well as packaging. The exhibition was opened by the German Agricultural Attaché Mr. Hendrik Acker and the ambassadors of Croatia, Malaysia, Thailand, Cameroon, Guinea and Benin as well as by the organisers IEC Maroc and IFWexpo Heidelberg GmbH.
