Sara Fernandez joins Norel
Norel has announced the appointment of Sara Fernández as junior flavour specialist. Sara holds a degree in Chemistry along with a master of experimentation in fine chemicals and will be part of the team conducting research and development of new flavours for animal feed.
Her job involves studies on the incorporation of new aromatic molecules as well as studies on new products capable to enhance feed appetence and palatability.
Sara will also be responsible for the set up and development of new techniques of GM chromatography and will collaborate on the implementation of European regulations in technical documents.
Her willingness to learn about flavours for feed as well as her working capacity will make her a key component in the technical department of Norel.
