Dairy prices
US dairy product prices rose this week, according to the USDA National Dairy Products Sales Report. Butter prices went up by a cent from the previous week and cheddar cheese prices were up by 3.2 cents.
Dry Whey prices fell by just under a cent from the previous week but Nonfat Dry Milk prices were 0.7 cents up.
