Concerns over animal feed prices
The NFU has produced a short briefing note which reflects on the impact of recent feed price rises on the cost of poultry production and considers the future movements in commodity prices and how this may impact upon the poultry supply chain.
Duncan Prisestner NFU Poultry Board Chairman is also writing to retailers to inform them of the huge impacts increased feed costs are having on the cost of production to poultry farmers.
